Johnnie went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me get into the exact vehicle I WANTED. Spoke with me like he knew me my whole life and not like I was a random customer or a dollar amount. At times I genuinely fel exact vehicle I WANTED. Spoke with me like he knew me my whole life and not like I was a random customer or a dollar amount. At times I genuinely felt like HE wanted to help me get the car I truly wanted even when I was ready to give up. We worked together for about 8 hours on a Friday, his entire focus on making sure I left the dealership as a satisfied customer and without a shred of disappointment. Johnnie is a hero and Casey Kia is lucky to have him on their team. I can’t recommend him or Casey Kia enough! When there was an issue with a delay in the transfer of the car from another dealership, Johnnie went in like a bulldog and even the GM, Roberto, stepped in personally to get me taken care of. Everyone I encountered during the process was friendly, helpful, and professional. I am recommending this dealership to all family, friends, acquaintances, strangers, whoever. Thank you! I was already devastated from my 2017 Kia Sorento being totaled, but she save my butt...best safety. So coming in to buy a new car was not on my initial list of things to do this week, month, year. I researched the vehicle and dealers and what they had on their lots. My bank recommended Casey as preferred buyers too. So after getting in contact with them I drove from S. Prince George to Newport News. No regrets. I am pleased as punch. Aaron got me set up with Johnnie and we started the art of haggling in the best way. Johnnie made it easy for me to find what I needed in a car. And it just turned out it’s what I wanted too. We had great conversations over features and car techie stuff. It felt really good when Roberto stopped over and made sure I was doing well. We were all putting time and effort in. No one wanted me to leave without a car—including myself. Long story short we found a great pairing of a 2021 Kia Sorento SX with the right price. I’m telling you this car looks HOT in black. My boyfriend says I’m super sexy driving it. So yeah. It’s mine now. On top of allllll that. Johnnie helped me get my rental taken care of so I could drive my new car home. Over and above. Primo. Another great experience with the Casey family. Every time we enter the dealership it’s just like going to my second home.
