Nice people to do business with I try to change my air filters every 25K. I exclusively use motorcraft, genuine Ford parts. I purchased a new air filter at Currie Ford parts, went I try to change my air filters every 25K. I exclusively use motorcraft, genuine Ford parts. I purchased a new air filter at Currie Ford parts, went to install it in my Edge and just could not get the top of the air box to close correctly. Keep in mind that I have changed air filters many times in my Fords over the past five decades but just couldn't get that air box on my Edge to seal correctly. Off to Currie Ford I go with the new filter that I can't get installed. Upon arrival I am greeted by service manager Robert Alfaro who I explain my problem to. Robert tells me to pull the car up to the door and he will take a look. Upon approaching the door a technician is standing there with the new air filter I purchased telling me to pop the hood. Before I can even get out of the car the technician had the new filter installed. Evidently the technician knew the trick to getting that air box to seal correctly. I thanked the technician and went inside to see Robert who was in conversation with Mike Payne the service and parts director. Mike greeted me pleasantly and I thanked Robert for his prompt help and asked what the charge was. Mike and Robert both said there was no charge and thanked me for my business and loyalty to Currie Ford. As I drove home I thought, those people at Currie Ford really are nice people to do business with! More

I can honestly say Matt, Pete and Ali were more than helpful and very Friendly/polite. We had Pete as our Salesman when we bought our 2013 Escape and as then he was very helpful, Even though Matt was relatively new he was knowledgeable, with help and guidance from Pete. We forgot some item in the trade in vehicle and when we called Matt, he retrieved the item without hesitation and kept it until we came in. We wanted to swap Tires/Rims from trade In Mustang to the one we Bought and Ali and Roberto made it happen,not a " no we can't, it's not possible " They were all very nice to talk to and to do business with. More
