The service manager was very friendly and explained everything that would be done during my appointment. I was very impressed with the fact that they take photos upon arrival to document the appearance everything that would be done during my appointment. I was very impressed with the fact that they take photos upon arrival to document the appearance of the vehicle. Made me feel better about not having scratches, dirty hand prints.or dings on my car post-service. I even received a short video of the service being performed. More
