I 1st went to another dealership in Arcadia and felt the sales person was condescending and didn’t know much about EV cars. So I decided to contact The Covina Dealership and got the best sales person who is sales person was condescending and didn’t know much about EV cars. So I decided to contact The Covina Dealership and got the best sales person who is knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Roberto Quiroz is the man, he found me exactly what I wanted and help me get the car I wanted on a very good lease program. He walked me through the whole process and following day, I came back, Roberto help walked me through all the question I had on how to work the car. I didn’t feel rush nor stress in getting this absolutely beautiful car. I can’t thank Roberto enough taking me to look at the cars they had on the lot and found my car.
