Aside from the finance manager, my experience was
absolutely awful. One of the used car managers acted as if I owed him my first born child because he came up 3 k on my trade when their add claimed

One of the used car managers acted as if I owed him my first born child because he came up 3 k on my trade when their add claimed they would give up to 5k above bluebook value, he was still offering 5k less than bluebook. I will not return. After the salesman knew I was buying the truck, we saw him maybe a total of 5 min afterwards. I understand that he had 2 customers, but he knew he didn't have to work to get me to buy anymore. I buy a lot of cars, and this was by far the worst!
