They did get a lower down payment price after lea The purchase experience was good except for numerous interuptions and the paperwork not being ready. They did get a lower down payment price after learning the bed liner increased the residual value. I am disappointed they did not install the plugs in the bed liner that cover the tie down hooks, they put them in the console. More

Worked 25 years at Chrysler and never was treated this well. Rocco Rodan was my sales representative and he did everything right. I leased a Chevy volt and Rocco did everything he could to get me the most disco Rocco Rodan was my sales representative and he did everything right. I leased a Chevy volt and Rocco did everything he could to get me the most discounts. Since I had no GM employees in my family. He found a Demo car that he was able to discount enough to make the payments something I was happy with. He gave me tour of the dealership so I would know where to come for service and pointed out where the coffee is, that's always important. Overall he did an excellent job. More

Great Experience Working with Rocco Roldan was a real pleasure. He patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to drive me out to the storage lot so that Working with Rocco Roldan was a real pleasure. He patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to drive me out to the storage lot so that I could see the model that I wanted in the various colors that were in stock. The lease estimates that he provided at my first visit turned out to be very close to the final figures. Bowman gave me a very good trade in on my 2012 Malibu. They also honored all discounts including the surprise $1,000 voucher that popped up when I was on the Chevy.com website the night before I picked up the car. Rocco had all of the paper work ready when I picked up the new car. Absolutely no hassles. He helped me to sync my smart phone with My Link, reviewed all the controls with me and demonstrated all the new infotainment features in the 2015 Malibu. Rocco is a real professional. Knowledgeable and incredibly patient, easy to get along with and no pressure. He offered suggestions that I used in making my final selection and I feel completely confident with my purchase. More

My experience After being verbally quoted a "out the door" price, when I arrived with my CASHIERS check, the price was almost $1000,00 dollars more. My family have been Suburban buyers, both sons drive one as well as me. I also have a Camaro and my three adult children and their spouses all drive GM vehicles. This is the 4th Suburban I have purchased from Bowman and I will never make another purchase from Bowman Chevrolet, nor will any of my family. I DID NOT misunderstand, why else would I arrive with a check in the exact amount? I fault the salesman for not admitting he misrepresented the price and wouldn't admit his mistake. I fault the manager for basically calling me a liar and saying no one at Bowman would have quoted me that price. This was a very bad experience for me and has convinced my entire extended family that we will not do business with this dealership ever again. Sincerely, Mrs. Laura Diver More

Rocco, my sales associate, priced out a number of different options for leasing or purchasing a new Chevrolet. I ended up getting great value on a Silverado LT double cab. It is worth mentioning that I started going to Bowman for Sales and Service because of their support for SCAMP and other community efforts. More
