I recently purchased a vehicle service contract from Liberty Honda Business Manager, Rocky Hernando. He was courteous, personable, and helpful. Initially I was apprehensive about outreach to Liberty bec Liberty Honda Business Manager, Rocky Hernando. He was courteous, personable, and helpful. Initially I was apprehensive about outreach to Liberty because of a couple of extremely disappointing and unprofessional interactions when I was shopping for a new vehicle several years ago. I even stopped getting my vehicle serviced at Liberty. However, I took a chance and contacted the dealership for information. Mr. Hernando is the person who returned my call. He was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive to my questions, and followed up with me without being annoying or pressuring. Because of my recent positive experiences with Mr. Hernando I purchased a VSC and have decided to return to Liberty for all of my car needs. More

My wife and I walked into Liberty Honda without an appointment on a Saturday morning. Rob greeted us and asked how he could help. He immediately showed us the two vehicles we wanted to see. We went appointment on a Saturday morning. Rob greeted us and asked how he could help. He immediately showed us the two vehicles we wanted to see. We went on test drives in each and he answered all of our questions. Most he knew off the top of his head, but what he didn't know he looked up and got us the answers quickly. We were leaning towards one vehicle and he suggested another test drive to help us make up our mind. We took the extra drive and bought the car. Even drove it home that day. Rob is a bright, respectful, personable young man. He will do very well here. More

He even went above and beyond to help me figure out how to pick up my car and offer to transport it directly to me. Overall great salesman and would 100% recommend. Best car buying experience with him! Rocky from financing was also great with communication and was very thorough and polite! Marissa was who I met with the day of sale and I definitely wish I had Rocky instead. She was the only downside of the whole experience. But I got an amazing new car so I’m happy! More
