I have never had a pleasant experience here. They leave out vital information, like they did not reset my sensors that indicate my oil levels - I had to approach Rocky and then he said “yeahhh, They leave out vital information, like they did not reset my sensors that indicate my oil levels - I had to approach Rocky and then he said “yeahhh, we knew that would be a problem that we can’t fix” and in my opinion that is not how to professionally handle your clientele. I have had my local tire dealership (High Plains Tire) do a better job handling my car than this dealership that sold it to me. They are also incredibly rude, especially the managers of sales. I will take my chances with small town services (like oil changes and tire maintenance) rather than travel 3 hours to be treated like xxxx and not have things done correctly. More

To start, I will say the staff is super friendly. However, my choice in rating comes from the 7month long process to fix a monthly warning that kept promoting me to add oil coupled with little to no However, my choice in rating comes from the 7month long process to fix a monthly warning that kept promoting me to add oil coupled with little to no communication from the service team. After 5 inspections and oil consumption testing I learned there was a known issue with Tiguans including my first reps vehicle. In October I signed off on the inspection and approved the recommendations. I was told I would have a rental car as soon as the parts came in estimated 1 week. After 7-8 calls and texts trying to bring my car in to be repaired I finally was told by a new rep I would have a rental and booked my appt early December. At the arrival of my appointment I learned my rental had been given away so I was provided a used vehicle. Because it was used they mentioned I may have to bring back at a moments notice if sold. I was told to expect my car back in an estimated 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks after dropping my Tiguan off I was sent a new inspection to be approved that had the same recommendations already approved in October. I was given a new estimate of 2 more weeks and asked for them to keep me posted. After more follow up attempts on my part, I finally was able to pick up my vehicle middle of January after being in the shop over 5 weeks. I had plans to purchase a new Atlas Cross Sport but due to this experience have reconsidered. More
