I understand and respect your rules on coupons. However, when i offered to take the coupon back and go to Fowler (even though i have always used their coupons at your dealership) is when Rocky insisted "he would take care of me". Then when i get the bill I'm advised he would not accept it. I call that bait and switch. I'm 77 and on a limited income and I feel very violated. He was given the opportunity to refuse the coupon and he did not!
