Took a while to get my oil changed even with an appointment, feel like the guy at the counter got my keys and forgot to tell me it was ready to go, so spent a bit more extra time waiting. Unfortunately didn't get a car wash with my oil change like I usually do either. So wasn't my best visit but the dealership is the one I trust most with my type of car. They were just slightly off their game but will definitely be back regardless. More

Came in to get an alignment. Car did not drive straight still at even 25mph when I left which is fine because that means it wasn’t the alignment causing it to drive crooked. Anyway, a test drive was done by an associate before I left after they finished the alignment. So how could I be happy with getting I. My car and finding out that not one single problem was solved, and the guy that test drove it, not Matt, nor the other associate that helped me while Matt was at lunch did anything but take my money and let me leave. The work they did was correct, but the fact that nothing was actually fixed and I was told nothing but the amount to pay and given my keys back is ridiculous. So I had to turn around and go back just to get shown the printed out sheets from the alignment machine and given an explanation which should have happened when I was originally there. I waited over 2 and a half hours there, to get nothing fixed, to not be told that nothing was fixed, and also the shuttle never showed up so I was not able to leave in the 3 hours I was there. Limbo mode or something. Terrible experience. 1 star. Will never come back. I was very interested in getting a 2023 Tiguan from you all as well at the time. Hard pass. More
