Great car, great deal, great customer care!! My salesman, James, at First Hyundai was very attentive to my needs. My 2013 Sonata Hybrid had been totaled. I was heartbroken and just wanted another My salesman, James, at First Hyundai was very attentive to my needs. My 2013 Sonata Hybrid had been totaled. I was heartbroken and just wanted another one. I was able to upgrade to the 2015 model, with his assistance. He took great care in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and that the car was ready for me to pick up when promised. I chose to travel 30 minutes from home to purchase my car at First for a few reasons not the least of which is your post purchase service commitment. I am an extremely loyal Hyundai owner. The 2015 will be my 7th Sonata. I would like to see this type of loyalty rewarded in the future. The $500 was nice. Maybe a bit more for longtime/ repeat customers. By the way, that 2013 Sonata's safety features saved my life when my car was broadsided. Can't say enough wonderful things about Sonata's and Hyundai in general. Keep up the great work. More

Disappointed Mark Benevidse was great ! He explained everything inside the vehicle. Service Department was great and helpful. Had to go back to dealership more th Mark Benevidse was great ! It was almost three weeks before I recieved the vehicle because I was misled and lied to. I do not like dishonesty. My husband and I had to go back to redo paperwork that was done improperly. The price was more than I agreed to. My fault I shouldn't have signed paperwork. Everytime I went up to the dealership I waited and waited and waited. No communication. I did not go to another Dealership closer to me because of people lying to me and cheating me. I trusted the salesperson and he really disappointed me. I like the service department and would go back to service, but I would not go back to purchase, although I do love my new vehicle !! More
