First off....the facilities were top notch with a large inventory of new and certified used cars to view. We arrived on a Monday (slow day) and spent all afternoon enterfacing with our very knowledgeable & friendly salesman Rodney. Our requirements were quite specific....we were looking for a 2016 Certified Volvo XC60 T5, white with tan interior. We wound up test driving 4 different cars, the last being exactly what we were looking for,,,and it only had 22,000 miles on it! The car had a few paint issues, and we also opted for an exterior sealant and interior application package so we didn't take delivery till Thursday. The car looked amazing and even had that "new car smell"! The Financial Manager was extremely competent and everything was explained clearly on options we might wish to add to our purchase. The service reps were very helpful explaing all the features of our new car. Over the years I've dealt with many car dealerships.....This by far was the best! More

Its been 3 weeks and I void my be more pleased with my used vehicle I purchased. Rodney even called the week after to assure I was still happy with my choice. Also Asad in the finanace was a great help. He even called me back 2 weeks later to sign a new contract when he was able to get me a better rate then we originally discussed!
