Sucky start with an excellent ending experience Upon entering Vernon Auto Group, I witnessed seven Salesman coming and going out of several doors in the showroom. I waited in the lobby of the showr Upon entering Vernon Auto Group, I witnessed seven Salesman coming and going out of several doors in the showroom. I waited in the lobby of the showroom for 20 minutes before I decided to tell one lady that I had been waiting with no one greeting me. She went and got Chris the manager and I was able to voice my concern about his poor customer service. To my knowledge Vernon Auto Group prides themselves on outstanding customer service. So, of course, I expected to receive that when I walked in. I simply expected a greeting or a hello and that someone would be with me shortly. I received less than as I have already stated. After speaking to the manager, things started to become a more positive experience. Rodney quickly came out from the back and pulled up the vehicle that I was there to purchase. He helped me through the process and it was seamless and painless from this point. I appreciate the consideration he showed and politeness along the way. Honestly, as a whole I hate trying to buy vehicles as I hate the process. Rodney was a true gentleman and took care of what could have been a bad day and made it outstanding. Overall, I will do business with Vernon Auto Group in the future based on Rodney delivering quality customer service and care. More
