Rodney assures is that the vehicle was in great shape and that we wouldn’t be obligated if it wasn’t everything he represented. When the delivery guys showed up, the truck looked better than what the pictures showed. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase and delivery. We will be back when we need our next vehicle! More

LEMON!!! Vernon auto group sold me a lemon on November 14th 2019 on February 7th 2020 I took my truck into a local Chevy dealership to get a oil change 3 weeks Vernon auto group sold me a lemon on November 14th 2019 on February 7th 2020 I took my truck into a local Chevy dealership to get a oil change 3 weeks later I get a call telling me I need a transmission i call vernon auto group back because I feel that since my truck was only 86 days old from purchasing it in Vernon auto group they should be held responsible for covering the cost to replace the transmission being they sold me a vehicle that had a faulty transmission. Vernon auto group is refusing to cover the cost of replacement and the extended warranty they sold me and didn't explain none of it to me just had me sign here and sign there just to get me out of there ASAP with the xxx vehicle they just sold me. And to top all that off at the time of purchase I was promised an oil change I get back to Oklahoma the next morning I go check the oil in the pickup I just purchased it's 3 quarts low they never made that right neither also no one will let me speak to a manager when I try to get this result I will never purchased a vehicle from them again and I will make sure I tell everybody I know it all over social media on how they are not a stand up dealership nor do they take care of their customers!! More
