I went in for a oil change and "JD" was very persistent in me letting him help me get approve for a newer car. I told him no a thousand times. I told him I would come back another time. I finally gave in a in me letting him help me get approve for a newer car. I told him no a thousand times. I told him I would come back another time. I finally gave in and it was one of the best decision in my life. I appreciate him wanting to help me so much he is a very good guy who has passion for his job. I came for a service and Jay Rossow introduced himself while I was waiting. I was welcomed in a very professional, friendly manner. He enlightened me to options I may have for an upgrade. His expertise and knowledge and easy going manner lead me to consider a new vehicle. He presented me with the right terms for becoming the happy lessee of my 5th Mazda. Thank you Jay. I will most happily refer you to my friends. Rodney handled the financing documents in a very efficient way. He saved the deal in the end as I nearly became buyers remorse when I was hit with additional service protection in my payment, which would have been a deal breaker. He went back and renegotiated the terms satisfactorily and sealed the deal. Thank you Rodney for understanding my needs. Jay and Guillotiniere stepped up when it came to the new technical setting between my Android and the cars computer. He recommended to bring my car back to check the factory settings in the service department and finish the setup so I shall be fully operational. Thank you to all! More
