Nice experience, but make sure you double check everything. Seemed like a good experience, even when short staffed. But after a week or so I realized I didn't get the car that matched the sticker that was on it Seemed like a good experience, even when short staffed. The sticker said it was a touring with certain features, that it actually doesn't have because it's a Sport model instead. Would have been nice to know the truth and would have been a better deal to get what the sticker said it was. More

He was very patient and did a great job of answering all of my questions. Phil listened to my concerns I had about the car and honestly walked me through until I felt comfortable. He knew I was in a hurry to find a new car so he came in on his day off just to make sure we could make the deal happen. It is tist above and beyond attitude that will bring me back and I will also recommend him to my friends. I also would like to thank Ben, Rodney, and the sales manager for their professionalism during the sales process.Great dealership. More

Love what Catalina did for me! I'm a New Yorker who came into Mazda of Palm Beach just to see if I could fit into a Miata, not buy one, but Catalina made all the difference when she I'm a New Yorker who came into Mazda of Palm Beach just to see if I could fit into a Miata, not buy one, but Catalina made all the difference when she gave us the freedom to drive one and around on our own and see what that car was all about. After that experience we started to talk about making a deal and the follow up by Catalina and her colleagues was smooth enough and quick enough that I moved on buying that car within the hour. This would not of been possible if Catalina hadn't been brilliant with her follow up and attention to details. Remember this deal is being done during the Covid 19 lockdown; it's not like I planned on the hassle of buying a vehicle in Florida and returning by airplane (and a possible additional quarantine) in two weeks to drive it back up to New York, but that's exactly what's happening on account of the positive attitude and professionalism I encountered at Mazda of Palm Beach. I would definitely recommend Catalina's services along with the rest of the staff just for the joy of the car buying experience. And kudos to the service department for placing that perfectly formed red pinstripe that I requested in record time, it really "pops" and made a world of difference to the exterior of my MX5! More
