Another seamless experience I had brought my car in for service, where I met with Brian Iaguessa, who was terrific. I must add that Premier's Service Dept. is fantastic -- professional, organized, friendly, and thorough. I had one question that led to another, and Brian spent time explaining everything to me in detail, with interest and impressive patience. He was forthright, which I appreciated, and obviously extremely knowledgable. When I had a question about leasing a new car, Brian introduced me to Jason Jarkes, who kindly took over. Jason was amazing -- smart, knowledgable, reassuring, patient, and kind. He was quite proud of the Subaru product and clearly explained why. It became apparent that Jason's intent was to take as much time as necessary to provide every detail to allay any concerns, as well as negotiate on my behalf. I had certain limitations that Jason understood and always held under consideration, which meant so much. He worked with Will Petrillo, who calmly persevered until we arrived at a successful agreement. Jason introduced me to Rodney Pomerleau to review the financial details. Rodney was professional, exuded confidence, and his sense of humor was a welcomed surprise. I was gratefully taken aback to realize that Jason had relayed some of my concerns to Rodney, who also seemed to understand and sincerely care. He made the process so easy! The end result was a package that felt manageable as well as comfortable. When we scheduled time to pick up the car, I was impressed that Jason's concern included all his customers; He wanted to ensure he had a wide window available to prevent overlapping time. We examined every aspect of the car, and Jason obviously wanted to be sure I understood everything. Again, he was so patient. Jason then introduced me to Joe Zerbo, who thoughtfully ensured everything went smoothly, and confirmed I had no further questions. Jason and I cheerfully agreed in the end that the entire experience was actually fun, which is amazing. I valued the professionalism, care and attention that everyone exuded which made me feel that I mattered. This is the second car I've leased from Premier, and I guarantee it will not be the last. More

Fair and Honest. No BS Worked with Jason for half hour after the dealership closed. Treated us fair right off. Found the car we wanted in RI. Excellent experience throughout the process. The salesman, Luke Pannone, needless to say, was knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and quite polite. Needless to say, we struck a deal and never did get to the Honda dealer. That's salesmanship, and he is to be commended, along with the entire staff we met and did business with throughout the purchase. I would definitely recommend the Premier dealership to my friends. Not Your Traditional Dealer Experience I went into Premier with high expectations as it was. My mother and step-father have been long-time customers of Premier, having bought their last two I went into Premier with high expectations as it was. My mother and step-father have been long-time customers of Premier, having bought their last two Subarus each from Premier and had all their service done there. But I was not there for their buying experience, and so went in with a bunch of preconceptions based on other hazy dealers I've been to in the past. Including one who tried to bait and switch me on a used car years ago. But this one just blew me out of the water. My mother and step father before me highly recommended Premier, and now I know why. We were greeted right when we stepped inside and offered a chance to sit down with a rep to go over what my needs were in a car. I came with the intention of looking at stock, pricing out some late-model used cars, and sleeping on it.. I walked out the door about two hours later with a down payment on a new car. And Jason was there every step of the way from interview, to test drive, and paperwork. My fiance and I were just floored someone of this caliber worked as a dealer rep. He was funny, loves sharing stories just as much as I do, and most importantly made us feel at home rather than talking a business transaction. I work as a manager in aviation. I know what customer service is. And we constantly butted shoulders trying to "one up" the other in that department. Jason certainly gets full marks in my book for refusing to allow my stubborn do-it-yourself attitude get in the way of what was an excellent customer experience. Zero pressure, great technical knowledge, and a clear passion for the product he was selling. My fiance loved him so much we were back less than a week later to get her into a car of her own. We took delivery of our cars on the same day, and from start to finish, Jason laid out the paperwork logically and explained it all to us. There were few opportunities to ask questions because we had none. Pickup took less than an hour each, and we couldn't be happier with our Subarus: my second, and my fiance's first! We're definitely going back. For sales, for service, for everything our Subarus need. More

New Car Purchase Staff was friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. They were thorough and expedient with all the associated paperwork and I never felt pressured to purchase any additional warranties/coverage's that I didn't want. My only complaint was that the car was not entirely "prepped" upon delivery; there was plastic underneath the car that should have been removed before I drove off the lot. I know this because by the time I noticed it (the next day after driving about 15 miles to work) it was half-melted and the portion of the wrapping I managed to remove said in bold, capitalized font "DEALER MUST REMOVE BEFORE DELIVERY". They also forgot to put the valve stem caps on the tires (which I fortunately noticed before driving away). These may seem like small nuances, however, they had a solid 5 days to get the car ready (purchased on Saturday, picked up on Thursday) and the smell of burning plastic isn't something you want to endure after buying a new car. More
