We had intended to do the 'shop around' thing, but our experience with this sales person and and this dealer was so positive that we just plowed ahead and never looked back. We picked the car up the day after Christmas in a cold dark rain, but never felt rushed or slighted in any way, and had the full 2 hour tutorial/purchase attention that you hope for with any new car acquisition. It's reassuring to find a team who believes in their product and shares that enthusiasm, and to have dealt with a sales agent and a dealership who we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and to whom we will certainly return. More

We met with David Taylor, the Sales Manager, who addressed our concerns in a professional and upfront manner and assured us we would have a much different and much better experience -- and we absolutely did! He connected us with Jason Jarkes who we worked with on the trade-in and buying process. Jason made the entire process enjoyable and even fun! He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and the car, thorough with all the details and personable to work with. I have been purchasing (and recently leasing) Subarus from Premier Subaru since 2002. I believe that this is our 7th or 8th Premier Subaru. The sales financing and service staffs have been excellent to work with and I appreciate the extra care, professionalism and courtesy that they have all extended to us over the years. Ted Astarita and Rodney Pomerlau treated me fairly and respectfully. They took into account the fact that I have been a customer since 2002 and I have driven lots of Subarus. Gary Christianson and Brian Iaguessa have treated us very well in the service department and Barbara Mullen has been very helpful and a consummate professional over the years. I received a very fair price and financing terms for this current lease and this will make driving a Subaru and continuing business with Premier Subaru a continuing possibility for us.. However, Premier made the experience of buying a car far easier and far more pleasant than I could have imagined. I was greated warmly by the receptionist ( I don't know her name), then Lucas Pannone, a sales representative started me on my way to buying a car. I told him my concerns, he understood and met them. He was polite, funny, but very professional. When it came time to fill out the financial information, Rodney Pomerleau walked me through the process. He explained everything in detail and at a pace I could understand, not rushing at any point. He was polite, and funny and that humor from both Lucas and Rodney help a lot while still keeping the professionalism. I was met again with Lucas when the paperwork was completed, and he handed me the keys. We went to the car and he explained all the "bells and whistles" of the car, and told me to call at any time with questions. I entered the Premier a very anxious person but left it as a happy owner. More

Lucas Panone, our sales rep, was totally knowledgable and extremely helpful and absolutely not pushy. Rod Pomerleau, Business Manager, expedited the process so we were able to finish in a very short time but also thoroughly explained the extra coverage options available, some of which are valuable to us, with no hard sell.
