Enjoyable and efficient I was looking to replace my existing 4 cylinder Outback with a new 6 cylinder (3.6). I arrived at the dealership for the first time after 10.30 am, wa I was looking to replace my existing 4 cylinder Outback with a new 6 cylinder (3.6). I arrived at the dealership for the first time after 10.30 am, was immediately attended to by Jeff Lambert, the salesperson, and took a test drive of a 3.6 while my 2.5 was being evaluated. Jeff was able to find just the car I was looking for on the lot, fresh off the truck, had it prepped while I was completing the paperwork at amazing speed with Rodney and drove to the bank for a check. Jeff then ran me through all the new features of the car and the dealership's services (a lot of them) so efficiently that I was driving home in my beautiful red 3.6R by 1.30 pm. It would probably have been even faster if the DMV had not been a bit slow responding to Rodney's best efforts. As someone who doesn't like to shop in the first place and certainly doesn't like to be "sold" in the old style, this was a great and even enjoyable experience, given the good humor and professionalism of everyone I met. More

This is my first Subaru and my experience with Premier was top notch. I was a bit of a skeptic, but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and no hard pressure sale. Brian Canell was helpful when I was researching online. Jeff Lambert was great about making the whole process go smoothly. He even called me on his day off to follow up with me. Rodney helped me thru all the paperwork explaining everything and answering every single question I had before I could even ask. Jeff walked me thru everything in the new car and I didn't feel rushed at all. Extremely nice guy and made the whole process stress free. I love my new car!! More

Being the skeptic I said sure. We talked inside and Mr Alvine came by and spoke to us. It worked out the numbers worked and we had a deal. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Rodney is a nice guy, he gave my Grandson Myles a $1,000,000 bill when we picked up the car. David came out to see us wish us good luck with the new Outback. An outstanding dealership to do business with . There was no high pressure hype we felt like part of the family. More

Just bought our 2nd Outback from Premier Subaru in Branford In May we started thinking about replacing our 2012 Outback with another Outback or with a Forester. We went to Premier Subaru, where we'd bought the 2012 car, and talked with Eloise Fullington. We explained that we wanted to start with the brochures for the two vehicles so that we could review them at home. Eloise promptly brought us the brochures, asked us if we had further questions and said she'd be happy to help us when we were ready. No pressure! So finally in August we decided it was time, having learned of Subaru's 0% financing offer. We made an appointment with Eloise, test drove an Outback 2.5i to compare it with our 3.6R, and made another appointment for later that week. On that date we finalized our order, and we picked up our new 3.6R Limited on August 31st. Throughout this, Eloise was unfailingly patient in answering our many questions - and we ask many! - and verifying information. We didn't know until writing this rating that she has been with Premier less than 6 months - we had no idea! - so we're very impressed by her knowledge of both current model year cars and older ones. We did do a little negotiating on the value of our trade-in and on the price of the new car and ended up with a reasonable deal. Premier Subaru probably isn't the lowest-price dealership, but the pleasant, no-pressure environment makes up for it. More
