Just bought our 2nd Outback from Premier Subaru in Branford In May we started thinking about replacing our 2012 Outback with another Outback or with a Forester. We went to Premier Subaru, where we'd bought the 2012 car, and talked with Eloise Fullington. We explained that we wanted to start with the brochures for the two vehicles so that we could review them at home. Eloise promptly brought us the brochures, asked us if we had further questions and said she'd be happy to help us when we were ready. No pressure! So finally in August we decided it was time, having learned of Subaru's 0% financing offer. We made an appointment with Eloise, test drove an Outback 2.5i to compare it with our 3.6R, and made another appointment for later that week. On that date we finalized our order, and we picked up our new 3.6R Limited on August 31st. Throughout this, Eloise was unfailingly patient in answering our many questions - and we ask many! - and verifying information. We didn't know until writing this rating that she has been with Premier less than 6 months - we had no idea! - so we're very impressed by her knowledge of both current model year cars and older ones. We did do a little negotiating on the value of our trade-in and on the price of the new car and ended up with a reasonable deal. Premier Subaru probably isn't the lowest-price dealership, but the pleasant, no-pressure environment makes up for it. More

This is a very popular dealership and thus we booked an appointment with Rose Elias. She called us to remind us about the appointment and greeted us very warmly, making us feel right at home. We were interested in a Subaru Outback and were very impressed with how incredibly knowledgeable she was with the car functions and extra feature options that catered towards our needs for a safe family car. She was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and more. She allowed both my husband and me to test drive the limited subaru edition on both local and highway, going over thoroughly the eye sight, moon roof, navigator and tire locks and multiple other car features. We felt very happy with the car, thanks to her demonstration and expertise. She was able to secure an excellent leasing rate for us and help trade in my old car as the down payment. She connected us with Rodney Pomerleau, who did a fantastic job in explaining to us the terms of the lease agreement and breakdown of the costs, also ensuring that we were fully cognizant of the different types of warranty packages. We were able to drive home the car by Friday, at which time point Rose even helped us take care of the license plates. Good overall experience Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and th Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and then focused on a pre-owned 2014 model that was on the lot. We asked as many questions as we could in order to avoid a wasted trip to the dealership (an hour away). Our questions were answered in detail, courteously and patiently. We emailed Rita and Kim, and followed up with calls that were answered promptly. Our concerns about car cosmetics were answered with close-up photos that Kim snapped and sent. When we arrived, we were greeted by Adam who had the Forester prepped and ready for us, knew every detail about the car, gave us time to get acquainted with it, listened to the concerns we had and satisfied every single one of them. Minor scratches, for example, were touched up and buffed while we waited. Update 7/14/16. One oversight is related to our purchase of the Subaru Gold + warranty. It was not disclosed to us that there is a $100 deductible for each visit. Keep this in mind if you are interested in purchasing this contract. There is a slight pulsation in the brakes at highway speeds that is not present around town. We did not notice this on the test drive but do not plan to drive back for this issue. Less than 24 hours to a new car On a lark, I went to Premier Subaru (have had two cars from them already) just to see what kind of deals were out there. The paperwork took an hour--only downside was I did not get the color I wanted. I'll learn to live with it ;0) More
