Excellent experience WE first met Jason Jarkes who sat down with us and discussed our needs and desires in purchasing a new car. He showed us and explained the forester and outback side by side (inside and out). We went over what options and accessories were available and went home to think it over. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure. Once we decided exactly how we wanted our new outback configured, we called Jason and discussed all in detail including monies involved. They had to look for our car and Jason kept us informed of his search. It was still being built and so once we agreed on a price ( he and the general manager - David Taylor - worked together to negotiate an equitable number), we put down a deposit. We kept in touch via phone and email and once the car was delivered< Jason set up a convenient appointment for us to pick up the car and spent all the time needed to go over everything in detail. We were very happy and satisfied with the entire process. Rodney Pomerleau handled the financial aspects (including any additional warranty and care options) and explained all thoroughly. Again a pleasant experience. The entire process went without a hitch and Jason made us very welcome initially and for the future. More

Fortunately, I went to Premier Subaru and was greeted with kindness and professionalism from the moment I walked through the door to the day I drove my new Subaru Impreza off their lot. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Their salesman Luke is incredible! He took the time to understand where I was in the car-buying process, including what I liked and didn't like about all the cars I had looked at, and dealerships I had visited. He truly turned this experience into an enjoyable one. At no point, after turning to Premier Subaru, did I feel uncomfortable, or pressured to make a decision before I was ready. I couldn't be any happier with the car I selected, or who and where I purchased it from. More
