She took us on a test drive, explained all of the car's features, and then went out of her way to find the car that fit our needs. The car actually came in 2 weeks early, so that made us very happy. When we showed up to finalize the paper work and pick up the car, Helena was well prepared. After just a few minutes, Helena was showing us the car's features, and answered all of our questions. We also spent a few minutes with Rodney Pomerleau, who was also a pleasure to work with. With the paper work complete and the new plates on the car, we were on our way in our new car. A great experience overall. Premier really has its act together. Even after the sale, we heard from Premier, asking if everything was OK. Now that's service! More
