Best dealer experience to date I started searching for a good used car a few weeks ago and in my search I went to Premier Subaru in Branford. I was immediatly met by a friendly and helpful salesman. I personaly don't like reading long reviews, I just want to nuts and bolts so here goes. Jason was my salesman and he was fantastic, he helped me find the exact car I was looking for and went above and beyond. What could have been a chore, searching for a used car, became an honestly enjoyable experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car go see Jason! When it was time for paperwork I was helped by Rodney, and I have to say I haven never dealt with such a professional finance person, ever. I was in and out in record time. The entire experience with Premier Subaru was top notch!! More

Then Tony followed up the process, I got a better price after everything was adjusted. They have very high ethical standards. Jason helped me out a lot on a Sunday to finish the paperwork. Rodney was extremely pleasant and professional in the delivery process. I took the train from NYC(believe me it's worthwhile), Tony picked me up and he was great to make sure everything went smooth; took his time to explain me the vehicle. Tony was a fantastic sales person, like the other employees of Premier Subaru that I've dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership. I've got a Black on Black 3.6 2016 Subaru Outback which was hard to find.. More

Nice place to do business I wandered onto the lot to see about trading in our 2009 Forester to get a newer car. Found a Crosstrek with low miles, great look and perfect shape. Was pleasantly surprised by the price and inquired about value of my car. They met a competitors bid to buy my car, and were patient while we made sure our Greyhound could jump up and move around in the rear cargo area. Adam (Arsenault) was very knowledgable and made the process comfortable for both me and my wife. When we went to receive the new car and trade in our old car everything was ready and both Adam and Rodney made the whole thing pleasant. He went out of his way to get in touch with me, even on his day off, just to make sure I was all set to purchase my new car. Finances were definitely something I was concerned about and the staff not only got me in the car I wanted but with a price I could manage. They also gave me an amazing deal on the vehicle I traded in and I could not be more grateful!!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

His experience in the auto industry helped us with comparisons of other makes and models. There was no pressuring to 'buy now or miss a great deal'. HIs knowledge of Premier's business procedures was not as informative, but sales manager Will Petrillo filled in with prompt and courteous attention to our questions re delivery dates, accessories, billing, etc. One problem specific to our situation: we inadvertently left behind a driver's license after closing the deal with a business consultant. After discovering the license was missing, thinking we misplaced it, we spent days searching our home to no avail. When we finally connected it with the purchase and called Premier, they said they indeed had the license and were storing it securely. An immediate phone call letting us know they had it would have saved us a lot of anxiety. More

We felt he was honest and forthright. He was patient with answering all our questions and I have appreciated his follow up phone calls since we purchased the vehicle, to ask us how we are liking the car and if we have any questions. Throughout he has encouraged us to call him with any questions or concerns. we are looking forward to a long and positive relationship with Premier Subaru. we could not have asked for a better salesperson than Tony.
