Initially Amber had spoken face to face with Joe and Joe was dismissive and short in addressing the issue of the Radio not working. She tried to provide paperwork from NHTSA and Honda regarding the exact de was dismissive and short in addressing the issue of the Radio not working. She tried to provide paperwork from NHTSA and Honda regarding the exact description of the problem and noted recall. Rodney Porter stepped in and called Amber back and was very attentive. He was able to get the radio issue addressed and pushed up to HEADQUARTERS & it was fixed with the excellent help of Rodney - he also provided service recovery on behalf of Joe and the time wasted for us and Honda as the information was not collected or passed on to the service team. More
