I met today one-on-one with Rodney, and after much discussion, we were able to iron out the issues that I’d experienced earlier in the week. In fact, he had held a meeting this morning with staff to implement the changes I’d suggested! I found Rodney passionate about his work and anxious to grow his sales in his new position. He was attentive, professional, accommodating, and we even had some laughs. My opinion has changed, and I’m giving him a second chance as he certainly proved himself by taking care of me as a new customer. I encourage you to do the same and seek him out when shopping for your next vehicle! Keep up the good work, Rodney!
