He was extremely thorough in explaining anything and everything I asked of him, he's extremely prompt and responsive to text and email - his all-around customer service is top notch. He also let me test drive the car overnight, which was the best business decision ever. It gave me a chance to fall in love with the car to the point that I didn't want to give it back. I could have gotten the same model car with virtually the same mileage for several thousand less at another dealership, but they gave me the run around, and I was HAPPY to pay extra for Roel and DLR's amazing customer service and policies. I felt taken care of not only from start to finish, but past the point of handing over the check. I HIGHLY recommend Roel and his team and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family for future purchases. More
