I know who to call... It was so nice shopping there. It's a big warehouse full of different types of vehicles. They have everything from two-door coupes to full size trucks It was so nice shopping there. It's a big warehouse full of different types of vehicles. They have everything from two-door coupes to full size trucks. All of which were unlocked. So although I wasn't going to purchase a truck I could get into one. All of the cars were nice and clean. Now, when I went it was in April. But it can get hot in Texas at any time. It was so nice to shop for a car in AC with a water bottle in hand. That can go a long way in Texas. The fact that they have a small kids session, for my son, with some popcorn which he loved also eased my stress. It was so nice just to walk around and when I was ready to hash out the details with Roel. In my case I was stuck between two Ford edges. They were two years apart but one had a sunroof and the other at Dallas Lease Returns did not. He told me bluntly what will it take for me to get you to buy our car. We negotiated the price and I forgot about the sunroof. Even after weeks went by my battery randomly stopped working. I was so stressed because I was at work and would be going home soon. What was I to do. I called Roel. He really took the time to listen and understand how stressed out I was. He got in contact with a mechanic immediately. Within a matter of minutes we had figured out a plan on how to get my car back up and ready. I was able to call AAA pay for a new battery and submit the receipt in. Within a matter of days I was able to get the whole thing situated. When you first purchase a new car you don't want it to stop randomly. But what the luck that I have it's bound to happen. But with Roel on my side, I know that I'll be back up and running in no time. For those of you outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Here's a place to trust. More
