We talked with Roel Ortiz, he worked everything out to where we could put a small deposit down to hold the truck until we could get there and purchase the truck. He sent us pictures and videos of the truck, all info and history, and was hands on throughout the entire process. When we arrived at their impressive, sprawling facility the only thing that held up the closing of the deal was us looking at the extensive inventory of top notch vehicles on site. We dealt with Roel from the initial questions to the purchase, it was a pleasure to do business with someone who was honest, personable, and professional from beginning to end. Roel was patient with our endless questions and always immediately returned our calls, texts, and emails. The truck I purchased is exactly what he told us it would be. I will be a repeat customer of Roel's in the future. I would like to commend both Roel Ortiz and Dallas Lease Returns on a job well done!! Thanks for a smooth, stress free, and well prepared deal. He helped us through the entire procedure and I learned the difference between a typical car salesman and a professional who takes a consultative selling approach and produces a win for both the customer and the dealer. Yes, I will recommend Roel Ortiz to my friends. Yes my wife is happy to be driving an outstanding vehicle for the first time in many years. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I'll be honest, I was initially skeptical of buying a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns. I have always bought from the big dealerships. My car was a I'll be honest, I was initially skeptical of buying a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns. I have always bought from the big dealerships. My car was a total loss after a lady rear-ended me on I-820. I needed a replacement in a hurry. I scanned Cargurus and Autotrader for the vehicle I wanted and Dallas Lease Returns had an exact match. I contacted DLR and talked to Roel Ortiz, the most friendly, responsive and helpful car salesman I have EVER dealt with....he treated me like I was buying Maserati instead of a reasonably priced SUV. What a great experience. A small mechanical popped up after the purchase and he sent someone all the way to Fort Worth to pick up the vehicle, fix it and return it the same day. Superb customer service. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and I was treated like a friend. Check these guys out the next time you buy a vehicle. They're outstanding! More
