Best Car Buying Experience Ever I'll be honest, I was initially skeptical of buying a vehicle from Dallas Lease Returns. I have always bought from the big dealerships. My car was a total loss after a lady rear-ended me on I-820. I needed a replacement in a hurry. I scanned Cargurus and Autotrader for the vehicle I wanted and Dallas Lease Returns had an exact match. I contacted DLR and talked to Roel Ortiz, the most friendly, responsive and helpful car salesman I have EVER dealt with....he treated me like I was buying Maserati instead of a reasonably priced SUV. What a great experience. A small mechanical popped up after the purchase and he sent someone all the way to Fort Worth to pick up the vehicle, fix it and return it the same day. Superb customer service. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and I was treated like a friend. Check these guys out the next time you buy a vehicle. They're outstanding! More
