Defective Trax I just visited the service dept. for the second time after having three very terrorizing incidents with this car. I just had number four and five tod I just visited the service dept. for the second time after having three very terrorizing incidents with this car. I just had number four and five today on my way to work. I was approaching a stop light and I applied my foot to the brake and the car just kept coasting. I was lucky there wasn’t anyone in front of me. I was able to continue on and I was searching for a parking spot. I was sitting at a stop light with my foot n the brake and the car just started moving. The traffic going in the opposite direction had already started. The car was grinding and smoking. I had to throw it out of gear to get it to stop. I can’t keep driving this car despite this dealership telling me there’s nothing wrong. The car salesman told me that there’s nothing wrong because of the volume of traxes that he has sold. If was my understanding that cars are built individually, and just because there’s nothing wrong with one doesn’t mean that there’s nothing wrong with the next one. I am tired and emotionally drained. It is just too stressful to even think about driving this car because I don’t know when it’s going to happen again . It has been two years since I have owned a car and they have totally ruined this experience for me. I thought I would be independent again. I thought that I could once again have my own vehicle to provide the most needed method of transportation. More
