Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople. Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop. Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. In this pandemic time when inventory for new vehicles is at an all time low and even harder to find the make model and accessories you want, Roger m In this pandemic time when inventory for new vehicles is at an all time low and even harder to find the make model and accessories you want, Roger made it happen for me. I worked with roger back in 2011 and purchased a Toyota Tacoma access cab. 11 years later I was looking to purchase a replacement Tacoma, same features as the 2011. If there was a truck available it was a full cab with a short bed, not interested, wanted a long bed. Roger worked to get me a 2022 access cab Tacoma, long bed, 4 x 4, all the accessories I wanted. I buy vehicles and keep for a long time. I hope Roger is working for Heiser in 2033. To paraphrase another dealer, see Roger first or see Roger last, but see Roger. More

Placed a factory order with Heiser on vehicle known to be backlogged 6 months. Roger was direct, prompt, and honest with all communications. Also didnt experience any BS during pickup/financing.
