2019 Highlander We were looking to get the basic LE Highlander model, but the Roger did not have in his inventory. Roger went out and found an LE model at another dea We were looking to get the basic LE Highlander model, but the Roger did not have in his inventory. Roger went out and found an LE model at another dealer and brought it in for us. He not only matched a competitors online price but did a little better. We also had a Sienna that the lease was up and it was over mileage. He worked with management to buy out the lease, so we did not have to pay for being over in mileage. The process was quick and easy. We signed and agreement for the vehicle, left a down payment and set a pick up date for 5 days later. When we came in the Highlander was pulled up, Roger gave us a tour of all the different items the car had and even helped us our phones set up. While we went in to sign all the paperwork, Roger transferred the plates and we were ready to go once all the paperwork was signed. Quick and easy, unlike the 5 hours it took when we bought our F150. Overall, outstanding service, felt we got a good deal and the process was quick and easy from start to finish More
