I was sold a minivan that had a modified (lowered) suspension but I wasn't informed of the modification at time of purchase, and because the type of car is already somewhat low I didn't notice at the suspension but I wasn't informed of the modification at time of purchase, and because the type of car is already somewhat low I didn't notice at the dealership. After driving it around for a day or two I became suspicious due to the rough ride and asked the salesman, but he said there wasn't any suspension work done to his knowledge. A shop confirmed my suspicion shortly after and it's costing 3.5k to restore to normal. I wish I had known before purchasing. More

Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More
