Best Customer Service Great experience from the beginning to end. I have been to several dealerships through my lifetime and i tell these guys know what they are doing. Car buying experience was a breeze! I worked with Josh and Rob on purchasing a Jeep and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Worst Car dealership in Colorado DO NOT BUY I bought a car from here. The whole deal was shady. The salesman were typical salesman. Trying to convince you to spend more money. Froy was my salesm I bought a car from here. The whole deal was shady. The salesman were typical salesman. Trying to convince you to spend more money. Froy was my salesman. He was brand new and didn't know a thing, and tried to sell me a salvaged vehicle. My car completely shut down a few month later sticking me with a huge bill. The problem was caused by the dealership not drying the carpets and causing moister in the carpets which caused the hybrid battery to shut down. I called and a manager by the name of Roger Garcia right off the bat started blaming me for the problem before he listened to the whole story. They are all ghetto and so unprofessional. Do not buy a vehicle from here, you will regret it. More

I don't know if my car is safe! Customer service is poor. I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from Jesse Martinez (who, I understand, is no longer with the company) on November 7th, 2018 1) Your finance manager didn't I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from Jesse Martinez (who, I understand, is no longer with the company) on November 7th, 2018 1) Your finance manager didn't accept the (slight) discount, I could have gotten at a Kia Dealership, (the discount was supplied by USAA ) 2) The car came without an inspection list. I have no idea what was or wasn't checked on the vehicle after you purchased it from auction, and before it went up for sale. Jesse told me it had had an oil change, but when it was delivered, I noticed the next service date on the window sticker was listed as 11/10.2018 - three days after purchase. 2a) I contacted Jesse Martinez several times to get some of this done, and he made promises that weren't kept. (times and dates can be provided upon request) 11.30.2018 - I originally contacted (Sales Manager) Roger Garcia to express my dissatisfaction w/ The Sharpest Rides. Today, 12.04.2018 he says the service department has no record of even doing an oil change on the vehicle. It is my understanding, and perhaps I am wrong, but I believe it to be Colorado Law, that inspections be done prior to sale, and that information be made available to the customer. Now, he says I can bring my vehicle in, and the service department will do an inspection for me and give me a check list. He also stated that all vehicles on the lot for sale, from this time forward, will have an inspection check list. So, why is there no record of any inspection of mine? And of course, I will have to take time off from work or time away from my elderly mother (upsetting her routine on Saturdays) in order to bring my car in for inspection. Could I be compensated for my lost wages and / or mileage? Also, can I truly trust a service department to check my vehicle completely the 2nd time, when they either lost the paperwork for the first inspection or didn't do it at all? 3) Jesse told me that floor mats were in the back seat. They were not. Hopefully, after almost a month, Roger will try and get them shipped via Fed-Ex to my secondary address. 12.10.2018 - the floor mats have arrived at my secondary address. Though I haven't had a chance to see them and install them yet. 12.12.2018 the floor mats I received were not made to fit my car. They were generic Sharpest Rides floor mats, which I had to cut to fit - and ruined two good utility knives in the process. They will, however, be good for the winter. Thank you. 4) I felt rushed through the financing department and felt I couldn't ask any questions. It wasn't that late at night, (prior to 6:00 P.M). I could hardly understand the man who did the paperwork for me. Had I been allowed to ask him some questions, perhaps, I could have avoided these issues. My contact information is on file, I hope. My rating my be upgraded, in the future. More

Amazed by the service I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, from new high end to Craigslist. I've learned that usually when you enter a used car lot you are entering a war I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, from new high end to Craigslist. I've learned that usually when you enter a used car lot you are entering a war zone and your are the target, normally after several hours you leave feeling pounced on, beat up and angry, I was shocked and amazed to find that The Sharpest Rides was totally different. They made me a fair offer, didn't play the usual games. even sent me to their mechanic immediately when I had a concern about the car. turned out to be a noisy hubcap. But still they took the time to put me at ease with my purchase. They even allowed me to sleep on the offer and come back the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing an affordable used car. I especially was impressed with the team. I worked with Chauncy, Moose, Jessie, Robert and Ray. Each one was just as patient, and reassuring as the next. I've read some reviews on-line that were not so complimentary, But I'm here to tell you I would give these men and this dealership my highest vote of confidence. More
