Most Disorganized Company! Sales person, Sandra Howard, had to run constantly trying to make something happen. with computers and pads available, she should never have had to g Sales person, Sandra Howard, had to run constantly trying to make something happen. with computers and pads available, she should never have had to go to parking lot to get car for us to drive. She should have been able to input vehicle number and someone bring the car to the showroom! We walked in the showroom at 3:00 to close and we didn't walk out till about 6:45 which is totally unacceptable. Shortly after 3:00 Roger drove our car for evaluation and he never came back to talk with us. Sandra had to keep running to him sitting outside to get information. Roger should have come to our desk and discuss his evaluation and make the process happen! You have a sales person who wants to be successful, but your organization is doing nothing to help her! She was very knowledgeable about the cars and process, but did not have the ability to make the transaction close. More
