I had actually purchased a vehicle from another dealership at a much higher interest rate, and after two weeks of havin Arlington Toyota yesterday... I had actually purchased a vehicle from another dealership at a much higher interest rate, and after two weeks of having the vehicle the finance company kicked back my application and could only get me HIGHER interest rates than what was originally agreed upon. I took a chance and came here.Saif from internet sales had actually been in touch with me the day I was at this other dealership-long story short: I SHOULD HAVE CAME HERE TO BEGIN WITH! Saif and Fred got me exactly what I wanted and an offer that I couldn’t refuse. They worked with me in every which way they could! I am astounded by the gentlemen here and will ONLY buy here from now on. ARLINGTON Toyota has my business for life. I am beyond impressed with my experience. GO HERE!!!! More

I had the best experience buying a car at Arlington Toyota. As a female I hate car shopping with all the car dealer sharks out there. Visited Arlington Toyota on a whim. Was I surprised, from talking to Matt Romano immediately he showed me the Highlander and I just loved it. He followed up with me and we made a Sweet deal. My 2013 Toyota Prius was declared a total loss after tools in the back of a pickup rained down on my vehicle. I have an anxiety disorder so naturally this was one of the worst things I've ever experienc tools in the back of a pickup rained down on my vehicle. I have an anxiety disorder so naturally this was one of the worst things I've ever experienced. To ease my pain, the insurance company offered me 11k for my vehicle, and assured me that I'd be able to buy another car the day of regardless of the fact that I had not received the check yet. To make sure things went smoothly, they sent Arlington Toyota proof of total loss with the settlement amount and promised to pay. Arlington Toyota accepted the promise to pay, allowed me to drive away with a 14k 2015 Prius (as pictured), and then harassed me EVERY SINGLE DAY for the check, or the car back though I paid the 3k difference cash. With at least 7 calls a day and multiple texts, I had to see my psychiatrist and get back on my anxiety medication. It only took a week for the check to arrive, and they issued a repo for the vehicle while I was in the bank cashing it! I paid them off, said I never ever wanted to hear from them ever again in my life, and now they're STILL HARASSING ME!! The sales rep texted me 2 days in a row saying he won't get paid if I don't complete a survey!! Nice guy, did a great job helping me find my vehicle, however if customer service was the company's main priority, his superiors giving him a hard time or him possibly not getting paid should not have been my problem whatsoever. Knowing that I did everything I could on my part, and that we were waiting for the Geico check should've been enough, like what was I supposed to do? Whip Geico and/or the mail carriers to do their jobs faster? It seems like that's what management was doing to JP, and that's DISGUSTING! If I could add photos myself, I'd tell you to please see attached for screenshots, and NEVER EVERR BUY A CAR FROM ARLINGTON TOYOTA!!! Worst experience ever, and this is my honest review! More

Went to help my daughter purchase a car. She fell in love with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The issue I have is not with employees but the extra $1885 added to the price is not right. However Alan and Roger could have negotiated the price. I know if we would have waited another week the price would have lowered. A almost identical car had it's priced lowered by $1300. the next week. This dealership would be awesome if not for the extra fees. Mr Steve was awesome, thank you for your option, however my daughter will not give up car. More
