Everyone was super nice and helpful even as I waited in the waiting room, there was always someone asking if I needed help. I have purchased cars before and had the pushy salesman, but this was nothing like that. Michael and the entire staff was great and really did not have a typical car buying experience. It came from another state, arrived when promised and our purchase experience was completed within a couple of hours. We received a crash course on the vehicle and electronics and drove home. There was a crack in some molding which no one noticed on purchase day. But when notified, F of L promptly ordered the piece and scheduled the repair. We had great experience at F of L when we purchased vehicles there before which is why we returned to make this purchase. Excellent! More
