All with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. It was such a breath of fresh air after having a underwhelming experience at Gerald Kia. No one greeted us and our salesman was rude and pushy. Not to mention all the fees they were trying to put on their cars. On the other hand valley honda was the exact opposite. A kind welcoming staff ready to make the best deal, not just what works best for them. I was able to get my car at MSRP and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra from Rolland.
