I had been shopping at different dealerships and was not happy with the aggressive and sometimes rude salespeople. I am still surprised at how well I was treated by Roland. He was straightforward and honest from the first conversation about the steps to ordering a 2023 Civic and the timeline. While I didn’t get the car color I ordered, I was offered a comparable Civic (different color) that became available much sooner - that I accepted. Roland was responsive to my questions via calls and texts, and car pickup day was very smooth. I appreciated the way he explained the options for my car that i could consider purchasing- but it was not pushy/aggressive like others I’ve encountered. I would 100% recommend Roland to my friends/family. More
