Great experience with our sales person on the purchase of the car. Went to the back room to finalize the sale and Tyler upsold me on the "maintenance" plan. The cost was $1,000. Six months later I took th the car. Went to the back room to finalize the sale and Tyler upsold me on the "maintenance" plan. The cost was $1,000. Six months later I took the car in to get serviced and I find out it only covers $50 in basic oil change each visit. When purchasing the vehicle I originally said no to the added plan and Tyler stated it covers all basic maintenance including oil and lube, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Buyers beware of slimy tactics. More
