I can’t say enough about John Holliday, the GM, Stan Grabovski and Nima K. They really extended themselves above and beyond for us. Rarely, if ever, do you find this level of customer service & aggressive pricing at the same dealership. I buy or lease a lot of Hyundais, and Heritage Hyundai Towson is my “go to” dealership on the East Coast. I always know I can count on them. More

Another great experience. I am in sale and customer service as well as consulting for over two decades. Wow!!!!. Another great service by Heritage Hyundai Towson. Stan Gabrovski and a team take care of my family SECOND car purchase this month. We are set for years to come. It was relaxing, quick, personal and warm service. We purchased so far since 2015 FOUR vehicles including one trade in. Stan is the best and most knowledgeable and professional sales consultant I had chance to work with. He should be training and supervising other sales consultants. Beside Stan there is whole management team Jason, John, Roman and Nima who take care of us every time. Yes it is about sale and profit but this team take care of customer also. They want to give you a best deal they can. They want to build relationships and they want customers to remember they experience. Thank you STAN GABROVSKI!!!! And a TEAM I be back in two years guys for Palisade. More
