Karl Smith is a knowledgeable, down to earth, and honest sales man. My car died which put in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted Heritage to see if they had any Santa Fe or Tucson models in stock. Upo sales man. My car died which put in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted Heritage to see if they had any Santa Fe or Tucson models in stock. Upon arrival I was introduced to Karl who quickly matched me with a fully loaded certified 2017 Hyundai sport. I got a great price!! Karl worked with Roman in financing to get me a payment that I could live with. Karl is so kind, funny, and professional. Roman also educated me and provided me with some excellent advice and tips on my new purchase. I love my car and I love that they made my car buying experience stress free and obtainable. I highly recommended Heritage Hyundai Towson. More
