Raj was responsive, quick to get back to me on questions I had, understanding of my needs, including not being able to get there until 7pm, and patient with my arrival time. The sales management team and Roman at the finance office did a great job too, explaining things, and not pushing me harder than necessary on add-ons. Overall, very happy with Heritage Hyundai and my experience there. More
