The Best Car Buying Experience EVER !! This is my second vehicle purchase at this Luther Bloomington Hyundai/Genesis dealership in the last year. This team and especially Romelo know what t This is my second vehicle purchase at this Luther Bloomington Hyundai/Genesis dealership in the last year. This team and especially Romelo know what the value of customer service is......when you receive excellent customer service...you return, and that's exactly what I did. When I walk in everyone remembers my name and they even opened the door and greeted me here as always. My wife and I walked to a dealership just down the road from here, no greeting, no one said hello and no one approached us after spending 10 minutes on showroom floor and 15 minutes in the car lot. I guess Walser Toyota is just is too good for us. I love this dealership, we received a great price on both vehicles, a great price on trade in's and the car buying process was simple, no hassle, and extremely quick. With such great customer service and outstanding quality of vehicles here I do not plan on buying anything else ever again....I am also going to pass down this loyalty to my children, they will be the next generation to buy from here and then their children will be next in line.
