Best Car/vehcile Dealership EVER!! I am in complete awe of the outstanding, genuine, and exceptional customer service I received at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. The customer service I r I am in complete awe of the outstanding, genuine, and exceptional customer service I received at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. The customer service I received is by far the best I have ever had in a vehicle buying experience. The fact is that this 'WHOLE' dealership collaborates as a team and everyone in this dealership exhumes customer service at a level that is far superior than I have ever witnessed before. Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door and was delivered and introduced to Romelo who I have been talking on line with since February. Romelo gave me a great deal on a new Genesis and was a complete pleasure to work with! In addition to Romelo's expertise what also sold me was the complete car buying experience with this dealership, no pressure, no hassle, and honesty....... yes I said honesty, and it came from the used car Domestic Manager that gave me a great price for my trade-in, equal to NADA and Kelly Blue book value! Alex in finance was outstanding and Alex the General Manager came and thanked me for the purchase as well. The other sales personnel that I conversed with that day while visiting were also very receptive and also excellent connoisseur's of customer service. The discounts (Veteran) I received, the extended warranty package and all the perks were incredible. This dealership is decades ahead of the competition in customer service in so many ways, a concierge service for maintenance? Yes, they come to you, grab your car, give you a loaner and then deliver your completed car back to you. Unbelievable. I have told about 20 people about my experience already and I just the bought the car yesterday. Now my wife wants to buy from the dealership as well. The power of Excellent Customer service is back and Hyundai Luther in Bloomington is leading the way!! More

Untrustworthy or just incompetent! drove 4 hours to pick up the car, I was paying cash so made sure they weren’t gonna run my credit because I was in the process of refinancing my home, drove 4 hours to pick up the car, I was paying cash so made sure they weren’t gonna run my credit because I was in the process of refinancing my home, they said they would not! When I arrived I looked at the car and accepted the pre negotiated price. Romelo gave me some things to fill out at which time I saw a area for my social security number . So I asked him once again if he would be running my credit and he said no it’s to verify my name and ID since I’m paying cash for the car! after that I met with the other closing associate, for the 3rd time I asked if he ran my credit and he said no it’s just verifying my name again and added that he only checked mine and not my wife’s. on the way home both my wife and I got notifications for hard inquiries on our credit! More
