I had just bought my car a couple months before it starting having problems. I brought it to Bloomington Hyundai where I bought it and they told me that it’s part of the lawsuit on engine failure but starting having problems. So they want me to be on the side of the road before it’s fixed? Weird. Also they told me it’s probably best if I get a new vehicle. I can’t afford that unless my loan gets paid off and of course they said no. I think I should be able to have my loan paid off and get something new because I just bought the vehicle and I got SCAMMED!! More

From last February 2022 when we ordered our Genesis until yesterday when we received it, Hector was always available to give me updates on when it might arrive. When we arrived yesterday he spent an unbelievable amount of time with the paperwork and setting up apps and going over things for us.
