After visiting a local BMW dealership with an unfriendly and unhelpful salesman, I searched for my car online and found the best price at the BMW of Silver Spring. It was well worth the drive across state lines...my car salesman, Ron Askew was amazing. They gave me an incredible offer on my trade-in, wonderful additional incentives and knowledge, professional service! I already told Ron that I plan to make the road trip back to him when the time comes to trade in my car! More

He was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating during every step of the buying process. Not only do I feel like I got a great deal but met a car salesperson that I can trust. The only reason I didn't give this dealership an overall excellent was because of the long wait to get through the financing phase ( there wasn't enough business staff available to process the high volume of buyers) . However when it was my turn, Anthony Lucas was highly professional and efficient. I must say that the wait was tempered by Ron, he accompanied me during the wait. More

He patiently waited until I decided which SUV to purchase. He stayed several hours after the dealership was closed to ensure that I was able to complete the car buying process successfully.
