Ron & John When I first visited, Ron Askew welcomed me and made me feel super comfortable without applying too much pressure. I've been back & forth for a couple of months and he's been very patient. He introduced me to his BMW Genius named John....who is absolutely great as well. John knows everything about the BMW vehicles & was superb. Ron & John make a perfect team and I'm so glad that I came back to purchase a vehicle from them. Both Ron & John were great!!! More

Our sales person, Mr. Ron Askew is the finest gentleman BMW of Silver Spring offers customers a user-friendly environment that is conducive to trust. Our sales person, Mr. Ron Askew is the finest gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with. The same can be said for Finance Manager, Mr. Andrew Lippincott. My personal trainer, John, was most informative and easy to work with. My only complaint with the dealership is with Client Manager, Ms. Zoya Elrich who was most rude. She bumped into me spilling my coffee and did not have the courtesy to apologize. I hope that none of ever have to work with her again. BMW exceeded all my expectations in servicing my needs in a very professional manner.. They bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of. In summary, I am most happy with the dealership and my new BMW 328i. More
