Mr. Ron Askew is Extraordinary I visited the dealer today to plan ahead for my next vehicle purchase because I am leaving in 2 weeks for United States Army basic training. I went to I visited the dealer today to plan ahead for my next vehicle purchase because I am leaving in 2 weeks for United States Army basic training. I went to about 3 dealerships and no one greeted me as I entered. Upon my arrival in less than 10 seconds Mr. Ron spotted me and asked if I need any help. I told him the vehicle I was interested (335/340ix) and he asked a series of question to truly understand my needs. He was able to xxxxx what I wanted out of my next vehicle and helped me narrow down my options. He even gave me great advice on how to best go about financing the vehicle and giving me tips to optimize my credit score. I truly appreciate the time and effort Mr. Askew took to help me when other dealerships didn't even take the time out to say hello. We went on a test drive and due to Mr. Askew's detailed presentation of the vehicle I fell in love with the 2018 340ix. Since I will be leaving the area soon for the military and have no idea where my first duty station is, I informed Mr. Askew that wherever I am weather it be overseas of in another state, I will not purchase a BMW unless it is from him at BMW of silver spring and have it shipped. I highly recommend Mr. Askew to anyone looking to purchase a BMW you will not be disappointed at all and you will receive service that beyond extraordinary. Thank you Mr. Ron Askew! More

Anthonyis just a good guy to talk to and really knows his job. Lastly, I have contacted Andy Alexis Jr- BMW genius (4 ) times already as there are many things I need to learn about this car and it's well equipped technology. He's helped me out each time with pleasure. I will close with this; I tried many different dealers as I searched for my new Beamer and these guys got it done!! I will be bringing my wife in soon to purchase her new vehicle too.
