Very good buying experience I contacted BMW from Silver Spring by mail to request particular information of a car and program. My experience was not good that way with the dealer I contacted BMW from Silver Spring by mail to request particular information of a car and program. My experience was not good that way with the dealership, so I decided to call and set up an appointment to pick up all the information I needed personally. Once I got an appointment Ron Askew was assigned to show me the car I was interested in and to solve all my questions. Ron had a remarkable professional behavior and was very kind with me and my wife all the time. We got accurate information and no hidden fees or some. These were some of the main reasons why we decided to come back to the dealership and finally to buy a car there. In the end I think the dealership, and specially Ron, did an excellent job. I feel very satisfied so far. I also congratulate the dealership for having such a good sales man as Ron, I strongly recomend to work with him. More
