Overall, I've had very good service from Groove Subaru. This last service was to have tires installed and the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it took to perform th This last service was to have tires installed and the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the amount of time it took to perform this service (6 hrs). In addition, they originally tried to give my old tires back to me - I had to tell them I did NOT want them. This is the 2nd time this has occurred, they should ask 1st if you want your old tires and not just assume you do. I paid a fee to have the tires disposed of. More
