I had an appt. for first 6 mo check. Basically oil change, tire rotation, quick check over. I didn’t expect it to take 2 hours. Tiannah didn’t have a good explanati for first 6 mo check. She did offer to arrange a ride home for me. I am a first time Subaru owner & new to Groove service. I hope this isn’t the norm More

Tiannah took excellent care of me! I arrived early and she got me through the system quickly. I was working on my laptop in the waiting room and to my surprise my car was done in less I arrived early and she got me through the system quickly.
